Gestalt Therapist

Paula is a psychologist with extensive experience in the therapeutic care of adults, adolescents, children and families. She specialises in supporting individuals experiencing addiction, grief, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and other complex emotional difficulties.  She works within a structured, empathetic, and outcome-oriented framework, placing strong emphasis on building safe and collaborative therapeutic relationships. Her approach is tailored to each individual, integrating emotional support with practical strategies to facilitate meaningful and sustainable change.


Paula brings a holistic and multidisciplinary perspectiveto her work, combining her background in mental health with experience in education, special educational needs support, administration, and recruitment. This breadth of experience allows her to understand each individual within the wider context of their personal, social, and professional environments.


She has additional certified training as an ADHD coach, supporting clients with executive functioning, emotional regulation, and day-to-day organisation in a practical and accessible way. She is also UKAAN-trained in the assessment and diagnosis of ADHD in the United Kingdom, ensuring her work aligns with recognised clinical standards.


Paula collaborates with Dr Méndez, as a therapist supporting neurodivergent individuals and as an ADHD coach. Her work aligns with the team’s neuroaffirmative and evidence-based approach, with a particular focus on supporting individuals with ADHD, autism, and related profiles.

Paula Fajardo

Specializing in emotional support and increasing awareness of internal processes, Elleem focuses on facilitating their expression through behavior. Grounded in Gestalt therapy and client-centered principles.  She also uses art therapy tools to enhance her approach.


With a wealth of experience working with adults and adolescents, Elleem helps individuals navigate trauma, manage emotions, and foster body awareness. She also assists with organization, time management, and stress management, creating nurturing environments where the body, emotions, and mind can interact positively to promote healing and personal development.


Collaborating with Dr. Andreina Mendez's team, Elleem serves as a therapist for neurodivergent individuals, offering valuable support and guidance.


Elleem's compassionate and holistic approach to therapy emphasizes the importance of self-care and self-expression. She believes in the power of creative expression to facilitate healing and personal growth. Elleem encourages her clients to explore their emotions and internal struggles in a safe and non-judgmental space.


By incorporating art therapy techniques into her practice, Elleem helps artistic individuals tap into their innate creativity and uncover new ways of understanding themselves. She is dedicated to fostering a sense of empowerment and resilience in her clients as they navigate life's challenges.

Psychologist and ADHD coach

Dr Andreina Méndez is a neurodivergent medical doctor specialising in the assessment and management of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in adults. She is based in Madrid, offering both in-person consultations and remote assessments for individuals across regions with limited access to specialised neurodevelopmental services.


She holds a licence to practise medicine in Venezuela, Spain and the United Kingdom and conducts comprehensive autism,  ADHD and dyspraxia assessments in line with NICE (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence) guidelines. She is also trained by the UK Adult ADHD Network (UKAAN), ensuring her clinical approach aligns with recognised UK standards of care.


Her clinical work is grounded in a neuroaffirmative, respectful, and evidence-based approach, with a particular focus on supporting adults who may have been historically under-recognised or misdiagnosed. She is especially experienced in working with individuals presenting with overlapping profiles, including autism, ADHD, and high intellectual ability.


Dr Méndez previously practised in the United Kingdom, where she worked at the internationally recognised Maudsley Hospital (King’s College London), assessing and diagnosing autism, ADHD, and associated comorbidities in adults. She also worked in independent practice alongside Dr Debbie Spainin Harley Street, London.


She holds a Master’s degree in Autism from Gatea Atención Global and is a certified provider of the PEERS® Social Skills Programme for Young Adults (UCLA). She completed her PhD in Neuroscience at the Complutense University of Madrid.

Katherine Woollett

Neuropsychologist 

Dr Woollett is a neuroscientist and clinical psychologist specialising in neuropsychology. She has over 20 years of clinical and research experience working with neurodivergent adults, providing evidence-based neuropsychological assessments and personalised intervention plans.


She has worked at internationally recognised institutions including University College London, the Wellcome Trust Centre for Neuroimaging, and King’s College Hospital (London). She is accredited as a General Health Psychologist in Spain and a clinical neuropsychologist in the UK.


Dr Woollett collaborates with Dr Mendez conducting giftedness and other neuropsychological assessments in English.

Beatriz Regadera

Psychologist 

Beatriz Regadera, is a neurodivergent psychologist specialising in autism, gender, and gender-based violence. She works from an affirming, anti-ableist approach that understands neurodiversity as a natural part of human variation.


She has specific training in autism, including clinical assessment and the use of tools such as ADOS-2, and experience supporting LGBTQ+ individuals in areas related to identity, diversity, and psychosocial wellbeing.


Her work is grounded in a humanistic, person-centred approach, combined with an eclectic style that adapts therapy to each individual’s needs. I offer a safe, respectful, and non-judgemental space for autistic individuals (diagnosed or exploring), as well as people with ADHD, high abilities, and those within the LGBTQ+ community.


Beatriz´s aim is not to change who you are, but to help you understand yourself, reduce distress, and build a life that aligns with your needs, identity, and boundaries.

Irene Álvarez González

Psychologist 

Irene es psicóloga sanitaria colegiada en Madrid, graduada en Psicología con especialidad en Psicología Clínica por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, donde recibió el Premio de Excelencia Académica de su promoción. Cuenta con una sólida formación académica y una amplia experiencia en el ámbito clínico, tanto con población adulta como infantojuvenil.


Ha trabajado especialmente con personas con Trastorno del Espectro Autista (TEA) de grado I y II, y también ha desarrollado experiencia en el ámbito de la psicología psicosocial. Completó el Máster en Psicología General Sanitaria en la UCM, así como un Máster en Trastornos del Espectro del Autismo por la Universidad Francisco de Vitoria y un Curso de Experto en Clínica Infanto-Juvenil por la UDIMA.

Está certificada en EMDR (niveles I y II) por el Instituto Español de EMDR.


Irene adopta un enfoque integrador y personalizado, y se compromete a generar un espacio terapéutico seguro y libre de juicios. Su objetivo es acompañar a cada persona en su proceso de autoconocimiento, desarrollo y mejora del bienestar emocional. Ofrece atención en problemáticas como ansiedad, depresión, baja autoestima, duelo, crisis vitales, trastornos del espectro autista, trauma complejo y dificultades en las relaciones.


Irene colabora la Dra Andreina Mendez como terapeuta acompañando personas neurodivergentes y es la encargada de supervisor a los terapeutas dentro del equipo.
